Adult social care is usually very good, but sometimes things can go wrong. Every organisation that provides care, or buys (commissions) care services, must have a clear procedure that you can use to complain about things you’re not happy with. More often than not a complaint can be resolved in its early stage, and whilst we at Black Swan Care Ltd would not want to be dealing with complaints, nevertheless, we understand that things can go wrong whilst giving service provision.

We are always happy to discuss any areas of concern or even acknowledge a compliment when given. What we won't do is ignore any individual. We set our stall to be completely transparent with clients, family and friends and we will always try and resolve any situation that might arise.
